Letting The Nails Long and Dirty
Sometimes nails grow wild before we knew it, right??
Having long nails doesn’t only look uncomfortable but they also can be a comfy place for germs to dwell.
And when you try to clean it, you need to spend a lot of time to reach those parts under your long nails to clean!
In short, letting your nails grow long can waste your time and put your well being at risk.
So, cut your nails regularly.
Don’t let your skin scream because it’s lack of moisture!
Seeing somebody’s dry skin hurts, am I right?
Right after washing your face, dry it with a clean towel, and put a moisturizer to your skin to help keeping the moisture.
Applying moisturizer is great for your skin. It keeps your skin hydrated and look healthier. Make sure that you choose the right moisturizer for your skin type!
Skipping Face wash
Washing your face in the morning is an easy task to do. But do you wash your face every night?
As daunting as it might sound, washing your face before going to bed is A MUST especially during this pandemic.
Germs are everywhere and they might also stick on the skin of your face, darling! There might also be some dusts on your face skin as well.
Don’t let those disgusting things sleep with you tonight! They might produce some problems the next day!
No matter how tired you are, washing your face at night is a must.

Letting The Hairs Grow Around The Lips
Um, I mean, you should shave them, if you have any.
The look of moustache or any hair around the lips can decrease your feminine spirit.
So, shaving them is a good idea.

Just like the hair around the lips, legs hair should be shaved too.

Wearing Unclean Clothes
This is really not a good habit, dear.
I am not only talking about the clothes that is worn after shower, but also the jacket, coat, scarves, and socks, and gloves.
Especially those clothes which have been worn outside must’ve been catching some bacteria or viruses. You don’t know how many of them still left in the cloth.
Oh, and it can be smelly as well! You might not smell it when wearing it but when you sniff it you might detect some unpleasant smell.
Why do shower sounds so overwhelming sometimes?
Maybe because people spend a long time in the shower and do some complicated things in the bathroom that makes them think: urgh, I don’t have time for it.
Actually, you can do a shower quickly. And if you’re afraid that a shower will ruin your other activity during the day, then have a shower right before going to bed! It can help you reduce the chance of bacteria growth in your beloved bed!
When you feel like skipping shower, make it like a game or challenge:
- WASH YOUR BODY FOR 30 SECONDS
- USE SHAMPOO, SOAP, AND FACE WASH FOR 2 MINUTE
- RINSE FOR 30 SECONDS
- BRUSH YOUR TEETH FOR 1 MINUTE
- GET DRESSED FOR THE NEXT 2 MINUTES USING THE FIRST PAJAMA YOU SEE IN THE CLOSET
- PUT ON SKINCARE/MOISTURIZER/LOTION FOR 2 MINUTE
- BRUSH YOUR HAIR FOR 1 MINUTE
- GO TO BED
Shower is doable under 10 MINUTES.
Skipping Mouthwash, or Toothbrush, Duh!
Oral hygiene is very important whether it’s a quarantine or not.
Unclean mouth and teeth can lead to bacteria growth which can lead to teeth problems or even bad breath.
It’s really unpleasant talking to someone with bad oral health, right?
So, brush your teeth 2-3 times a day and use mouthwash. Mouthwash is so useful to fight against bacteria.
Neglecting Your Feminine Part
Whether you’re single or married, taking care of your feminine area is A MUST.
Every after toileting, make sure that you wipe it very clean. After the ‘last wipe’, try wiping again 2-3 times with a clean toilet paper to make sure that it’s really clean.
Remember that bacteria can grow even when there is only a little ‘remnants’.
You can also grab 1 more toilet paper and put some drips of water on it to help you clean after toileting.
Don’t wanna spend too much on toilet paper? Invest in bidet! After using water, don’t forget to wipe with 1-2 pieces of paper towel to dry. You might still need some toilet paper but not too much.
Don’t forget to wash the feminine area when you’re having shower. You can use warm water (NOT HOT) to wash it gently.
Trimming them regularly can also help you maintain the hygiene of your feminine part.
